COMPANY DETAILS

Travel compound Srl carries out its business as a reseller of travel products through its website: www.ixpiracollection.com and all affiliated sites. All bookings made with Travel compound S.r.l. o All affiliated sites will be governed by and subject to these Terms and Conditions.

RATES

The prices indicated on www.ixpiracollection.com are in Euros, inclusive of taxes and service. Any extras including (but not limited to) the use of the minibar, telephone, Pay TV and, where applicable, the tourist tax, must be paid directly at the property. Prices are considered final upon confirmation. The reservation will be invoiced for the amount confirmed on the system. We reserve the right to change the price after confirmation has already taken place only in the event of changes in taxes, VAT or other conditions beyond our control.

PAYMENT

All services must be prepaid by credit card.

VOUCHER

After payment confirmation, Travel Compound Srl will automatically send a confirmation by e-mail containing a voucher attached: the voucher must be printed and presented to the service provider. All information regarding travelers must be correctly provided at the time of booking. Any requests for changes must be communicated in time to Travel Compound Srl via email.
Travel Compound Srl cannot be held responsible for any problem resulting from the failure to receive or not read the confirmation and voucher received by e-mail. It will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information on the confirmation and in the voucher is correct.
In case of non-receipt of the confirmation and the voucher by e-mail, it will be necessary to immediately contact our call center and request a second sending at least 72 hours before the start date of the service, where permitted. We also remind you that for any system anomaly in the generation of the voucher, it will be possible to contact us directly from your personal account, or by sending an e-mail to booking@ixpiracollection.com, indicating the generated booking number, the surname of the person traveling, destination and hotel name.

CANCELLATION

Tours and Excursions, City Passes and Attractions, Private Transfers, Hotels and any other service offered on our platform: in case of cancellation of a reservation, unless otherwise specified, the cancellation conditions will be applied as indicated in the "Cancellation Conditions" on the confirmation of the reservation itself.
Travel compound Srl recommends that you carefully read the information provided in the product description.

In case of no show: no refund.

PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION

It is possible to proceed with the cancellation of a booked and confirmed service by accessing your account on our website www.ixpiracollection.com.
Each cancellation automatically generates an email confirming the cancellation of the booked service. In case of non-receipt, please contact our customer support service by email at customercare@ixpiracollection.com or by phone at +39 97.62.05.12. Travel compound Srl cannot be held responsible for any missed cancellations.
Any reservation not canceled will be considered valid in all respects and therefore penalized for the total of its value.
If you use a credit card with a monthly charge, following cancellation, in the event that a refund is foreseen, the amount will be credited at the end of the current billing period. The exact date of the refund depends on the conditions agreed in the contract stipulated with the issuer of the user's credit card. The refund by bank transfer will take place within seven working days.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Travel Compound Srl's liability is limited. Travel compound Srl acts only as an agent for passengers in all functions related to tours, attractions, hotel and accommodation reservations, restaurants, meals and services, guided tours and transportation of any kind, and assumes no responsibility for injury, loss , damage, accidents, delays or inconveniences that may occur either due to defects, or acts of government or other civil authorities (wars, civil unrest, strikes, etc.), natural disasters, acts of God or any cause beyond beyond the control of Travel Compound Srl. Nor will any liability be assumed for loss or additional expenses in the event of delays or changes in the program or other causes.
Travel Compound Srl and its suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, for the benefit and pleasure of tour members.
Travel Compound Srl and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with the regulations in place.

HEALTH, PASSPORT & VISA

Each client must to verify and have the correct documents for his trip especially (but not only) if there is a booked tour, a package including flights or transfers, or if the client plans to visit a different (foreign) country from the country of departure. You must keep and bring a valid passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid identity card. No refunds will be granted in the event of loss or lack of identity documents.
